If thousands of citizens around the world were to gather together in every city, wearing the same symbol, would they be able to guaranteeing compliance with international law, which is constantly being trampled upon?

A number of actions are now taking place or have been
planned by the BLUE HELMET CITIZENS through
contacts we have made.
Our aim is to go before the UN, but to do that, there have
to be more of us.

May 25, 2003, LAUNCH OF A GRAND IDEA TO CALM BELLICOSE MINDS
AND AVOID LAYING WASTE TO THE WORLD BY WAR:
-SEPTEMBER 11 2001 + MARCH 20 2003 = 0
- ATTACK ON WTO = US ATTACKS IRAQ ILLEGALLY
-THE HORROR IS EVERYWHERE : LET US PUT AN END TO WAR
- IF ANOTHER SKYSCRAPER FALLS = THE INVASION OF SAUDI ARABIA !!!
-LET US THINK OF OUR CHILDREN AND AVOID A GLOBAL CONFLAGRATION

- In April 2003, a handout was drafted with the "Collectif contre la guerre de Paris Centre" (see Handouts) for
distribution in May.
- Starting May 25, 2003, a petition to raise UN flags in
front of town halls of all the arrondissements in Paris,
and then in all the towns of France. (See UN Flag)
- Demonstrations and introducing the Blue Helmet Citizens at the European level at the G8 summit
and in many meetings.
- Try to organize a civil mission in Bagdad in July 2003

BLUE HELMET CITIZENS in Paris can be seen in the metro, at
work or in the street going to buy bread at the bakery. We joined forces after two of our members came up with the idea of wearing blue helmets (on sale at
Leroy-Merlin for 7.5 euros) at the anti-war demonstration on Saturday, April 12, to express our support for the United Nations which said NO to Bush in March.
